Low(er) Grades? Charles Darwin?!!
Who doesn't know the name Charles Darwin! He is one of the important scientists we learn about in grade school! Darwin's theories revolutionized thinking for many people throughout the world. YET, Darwin did not score first place on his Bachelor of Art examination! Or second, third or even eighth! Perhaps Darwin's genius took up so much room in his mind that the exam "facts" could not emerge onto his test paper!
Do your best when taking school exams. Study. Prepare. Take the test as if it really counted. However, if your score is not as high as you'd like OR if you fail an test: Remember Charles Darwin, who went on to be considered one of the greatest scientists of all time! Darwin never gave up, whether in future studies or in his field. This example goes for any endeavor that disappoints you. Miss a goal? Your project undervalued? Didn't get the solo you auditioned for? Keep trying! Darwin never gave up! Keep that in mind as you travel your path!
