Writing Scoop: To Teach a Child

Children often learn from what is available to them in their environments. Provide youngsters with resources that spark a love of learning, skills to further their education and the imaginations to go beyond.  One such resource is a puzzle.

Puzzles are wonderful teaching aides.  Puzzles require skill, imagination and call on the child's ability to recall ways to solve problems.  Puzzles are also fun.  Successfully completing a puzzle provides a sense of accomplishment, and often a desire to move up to a more challenging level.  Have puzzles at the ready for teaching and enjoyment today and every day!
