February 15, 1903: Morris & Rose Michtom introduce the 1^st Teddy Bear to America!  

This iconic toy has been a mainstay of childhoods since that day!  How many children fall asleep with their Teddies?  How many kids go to college taking their Teddies along for a 4-year education?

Many people impact our lives.  In many cases their names are household words: Walt Disney, Albert Einstein, Jonas Salk.  However, there are numerous others whose contribution far surpasses their name in recognition.  Morris & Rose Michtom have influenced the lives of children (AND adults) for generations!
