Writing Scoop: The Letter

Today IS February 4:  Thank Your Mail Carrier Day!
When was the last time you wrote a letter?  Letters are fun to write.  You don't have to write long letters, but connecting with a friend or family member with a posted letter is a way to create a bond.  The physical letter seems much more permanent than an email and certainly a text.  Receiving a letter today is a rare treat!  Write a letter today.........your recipient will be glad you took the time!

There is even a Rock and Roll song from 1967 that lauds letter writing:
